Privacy Policy
Your words belong to you. This policy explains what information VORA handles and how.

Controller and scope
LODY STUDIO provides VORA and is responsible for this policy. It applies to the VORA app and website. VORA currently has no user account or LODY STUDIO operated cloud sync.
Information stored on your device
VORA stores the sentences you write as Lights, language, sky theme, sound and reminder preferences, and basic app state locally on your device. This information remains there until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall VORA. LODY STUDIO does not currently upload or retain your Lights on its servers.
Performance data, advertising, and website logs
VORA does not use personalized advertising SDKs and does not transmit your Lights for advertising. The website uses Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous performance data such as route, URL, network speed, browser, device type, operating system, country, and Web Vitals. Vercel states that these data points are not tied to an individual visitor or IP address and cannot reconstruct a browsing session. Our website host may also process an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. We do not use this information for personalized advertising or cross-site tracking.
Saving, sharing, and service providers
If you choose to save or share a Light card, your device and the external app you select process that content. We do not sell your Lights. Essential website logs may be processed by hosting and security providers, including on servers outside your country, for hosting, security, debugging, and legal compliance.
Deletion and your rights
You can delete individual Lights, clear app or browser storage, or uninstall VORA. Where applicable law provides it, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosure. If we do not hold the requested information, we will tell you.
United States and Canada
VORA does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or provide targeted advertising. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out, appeal a decision, or receive equal service when exercising a privacy right. Canadian users may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy authority after contacting us.
Children and security
VORA is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. VORA keeps Lights on your device by default, uses transport security supplied by the operating environment, and limits access to what the service needs.
